All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your service. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of your service. NO SHOWS will result in a charge of 100% of your service. Simple Brow & Simple Threading appointments have a 5 MINUTE grace period. If you are more than 5 MINUTES late, your appointment will be cancelled AND you will be charged 100% of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS. All other appointments have a 10 MINUTE grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled AND you will be charged 100% of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
